Village Atmosphere
Boca Bay has seven residential neighborhoods, each with a distinct environment defined by architecture, landscaping and water views. North Village, with houses overlooking a meandering lake, is a short walk from Gulf beaches and the town center of Historic Boca Grande. It's architecture is in harmony with the traditionally styled homes that define Boca Grande's small town charm. North Bay, South Bay and Grande Bay houses have spectacular views of Charlotte Harbor on one side, and state conservation preserve lands on the other. Homes here are "Old Florida" design, but with contemporary features. Beach View which has single family attached homes in the old Florida style vernacular, enjoys both Gulf and South Village lake views and is a short walk from the Pass Club and Power House. Harborside and Harborshore residences have remarkable views of Charlotte Harbor and offer the ultimate expression of luxurious condominium living. Common to all of Boca Bay is award-winning landscaping, paved pedestrian walks and paths, nature areas and the beautiful island beaches.

Community swimming Pools
Boca Bay has four large swimming pools. Two Gulf front and two bay-side pools provide Boca Bay residents superb pool facilities from sunrise to sunset.

Beach Club
The Beach Club offers Boca Bay residents their own private beach front club on the Gulf of Mexico. Owners can rinse off or dress in the changing rooms, sunbathe around the swimming pool or relax under one of the cabanas. Entertaining friends or watching the spectacular sunsets from the clubhouse great room and veranda can become a delightful habit.

Pass Club
The community's social center is the Pass Club, a fully staffed private membership dining and recreation facility on the southern tip of the island. It commands a spectacular 180-degree view of Boca Grande Pass and Gulf of Mexico. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in either the main dining room or in one of the private rooms. The lounge provides a wonderful seaside setting for cocktails or a light dinner. The tennis and fitness center includes six Har-Tru courts, exercise room, pro shop, men's and womens locker rooms, saunas and swimming pool. The Greenbrier Resort Management Company operates the club with the same attention to detail they do at the Greenbrier, the world-famous resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.

Power House
This historic brick building, which for forty years ( 1910-1950) provided electricity for the island, has undergone a remarkable transformation into a multi-functional facility managed by the Pass Club. Whether it's aerobics classes on the cushioned hardwood floor, movies or sporting events using the large screen projection system with surround sound, a community dance or private member's party, the Power House and it's multi-level patio overlooking the South Village lake provides the perfect setting.

Bay Beach
The secluded beach on Charlotte Harbor includes cabanas with Adirondack chairs and the best wading and bird watching on the island. Also enjoy the lap pool located near the beach.

Croquet And Tennis
For the sporting residents of Boca Bay, additional tennis courts and a regulation croquet court are conveniently located in North Village.

Nature area and Bicycle Paths
Starting at the kiosk at Boca Bay Drive, you can explore an emergent Florida wetland. For those interested in native island animal and wetland vegetation habitat, the nature area offers a unique experience. Meandering throughout Boca Bay are miles of pedestrian and bicycle paths for those who enjoy communing with nature while exercising. The paths wind over bridges and connect the many features found throughout the community. Gazebo's and benches, strategically placed along the way, provide a respite and a chance to admire a beautiful view. The Boca Bay path system is linked to the island-wide bike path system.

Landscape
Boca Bay's landscape has been awarded national recognition for excellence by the American Association of Nurserymen. The community is superbly maintained by a consensus, knowledgeable and professional grounds maintenance staff. In addition to caring for the many varieties of vegetation growing throughout the community, the landscape manager is available to assist homeowners with plant selection and guidance on the proper care and nurturing of Boca Bay's tropical foliage.
